The final morning of the trip was free for exploring Viking Wexford. (and enjoying coffee!)

Sections of the walled defences from bygone centuries are found in various parts of the town.  This one faces the hotel used by the group.

Before catching the train home some of the group took a final walk around the attractive waterfront.  They left with plenty of good memories of a very interesting and thoroughly enjoyable visit to County Wexford.
